Last night, I placed an order through your website and paid online. After placing the order, the estimated delivery time was around one hour. When the food arrived, unfortunately, it wasn’t warm and seemed as though it had been cooked around half an hour before delivery. I was disappointed with the quality and temperature of the food, especially after waiting for around an hour.

Food was late. When arrived the food was cold and hard. The milkshake was like water. Had to ring to check where order was as it was passed the delivery time and advised with the driver and then another 20mins arrived
